We operate in a world produced by our interpretations and untested assumptions.
Every perspective is both true and partial.

At Highest Good Collective, we hold space for both of these truths to coexist—and evolve. As your coach, my role is to create a supportive environment where these beliefs can be explored with flexibility and care. That means we’ll adapt our approach as needed, honoring your unique perspective while gently challenging assumptions that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll shape a coaching experience that’s responsive, respectful, and rooted in your growth.

As an executive coach, I work one-on-one with clients in a thoughtful, creative partnership that sparks insight and helps them tap into their full potential—both personally and professionally. I walk alongside my clients as a journey partner, blending intuitive guidance with grounded methodology, mindfulness, and the science of how our brains grow and change. It’s a whole-person approach that values both well-being and well-doing.
Together, we explore new ways of thinking and being, co-creating a future that feels aligned and expansive. My style is a mix of structure and intuition, with a focus on self-awareness, intentional growth, and meaningful outcomes.
The coaching process is rooted in simple, human truths about how we learn and evolve. It’s designed to support ongoing reflection, experimentation, and action—so that over time, clients build the confidence and clarity to generate their own insights and take purposeful steps toward what matters most to them.

Coaching is a collaborative process, and your presence, curiosity, and commitment are what make it powerful. While every journey is unique, there are a few shared practices that tend to support meaningful growth. These aren’t rules—they’re invitations. Think of them as gentle guideposts to help you get the most out of our time together:
Be open to reflecting and responding—even when it feels a little uncomfortable
Speak honestly and stay open-minded about yourself, others, and the situation—even when things feel unclear
Show up as an active participant, not just an observer
Follow through on actions between sessions and arrive with a sense of interest and engagement
Take time after each session to reflect and come to the next one with intention

At my core, I believe the purpose of life is to grow into who we truly are. My role is to walk alongside you in that journey—with compassion, insight, and steady support.
I bring nearly two decades of experience in HR and leadership, along with a Master’s in Executive HR Management, an Executive Coaching Certificate from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and I’m an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
I specialize in executive coaching, career transitions, and leadership development. My sessions are structured in format but flexible in focus—always shaped by what’s most relevant and meaningful to you. I hold myself to the highest ethical standards set by the ICF and am deeply committed to my own continuous learning and reflective practice.
My approach is eclectic and responsive. I value exploration, reflection, and collaboration, and I tailor each coaching experience to meet you where you are—while helping you move toward where you want to be.

Curious about coaching and whether it’s the right fit for you? I’d love to meet you.
A discovery call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we can get to know each other, explore what you're hoping to shift or grow, and see how coaching might support you. You’ll have space to ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and get a feel for how I work.
